Precision Electrical Services is hiring experienced electricians from the DallasFort Worth area who are ready for a change cooler climate, easier living, and real opportunity. We're based in East Idaho, and we're expanding fast across the commercial and industrial space.
Founded in 2019, we've built a tight-knit team that works hard, respects each other, and values doing the job right. We're also a Cummins backup generator dealer, so you'll gain hands-on experience with power systems and commercial-scale work.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems across commercial and industrial projects.
- Run and terminate conduit, wiring, panels, and switchgear.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot using industry-standard tools.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE.
- Mentor and supervise apprentices.
- Coordinate project status, materials, and site needs with the team.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman License (reciprocity options available in Idaho).
- 6+ years of electrical experience in commercial/industrial environments.
- Independence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ready to relocate and grow with a supportive crew.
