What You'll Be Doing 

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects

Read blueprints, run conduit, terminate panels, switchgear, and more

Diagnose and troubleshoot using industry-standard tools 

Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes 

Lead and mentor apprentices on-site 

Communicate and coordinate with foremen and team leads 

What You Need 

Idaho Journeyman License (or reciprocal license) 

6+ years of electrical experience 

Strong knowledge of code, troubleshooting, and commercial/industrial systems

Detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on safety 

Valid driver's license
