Senior Electrical Estimator

Precision Electrical Services is looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven Senior Estimator to join our expanding preconstruction team. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone with deep experience in commercial and industrial electrical estimating who's ready to own the front end of complex, high-value projects.

We're one of East Idaho's fastest-growing electrical contractors and we need a Senior Estimator who can keep pace with the momentum.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end electrical estimating process for commercial, industrial, and design-build projects
• Analyze project plans, specs, and RFPs to develop accurate takeoffs and bid proposals
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership on scope, schedule, and labor planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Source and manage quotes for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
• Identify value engineering opportunities and proactively resolve project challenges
• Participate in client pre-bid meetings and handoff meetings to operations
• Ensure all bids comply with NEC, local codes, and project documentation

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial/industrial focus preferred)
• Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (Accubid, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of NEC, labor costing, and construction processes
• Clear communicator with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong vendor and subcontractor network is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a bonus
